This is a little later but I had other things to do.  This past week (July 13th-16th) I was south of Pittsburgh for a conference and was able to go into town on the 15th to see some sights.  I was not aware of a car show that was going on and was pleasantly surprised to experience that.  There was some SERIOUS cars there ranging from older model A's to McLaren race cars.  Millions of dollars worth of automobiles on display. I posted a few pictures of some of the better cars.

Woodchucks

0 min read
It has been a while since I posted anything.  I have been very busy preparing for my Ph.D defense, which I mostly completed this past Friday (29-May).  I passed the oral portion (which is a large part) but still need to complete some revisions to the paper itself.  A lot of stress has been relieved though. I was able, recently, to observe a family of woodchucks (or groundhogs) in my yard and photograph them.  The baby woodchucks look cute but will become a large pain later (as they eat the flowers). I am posting a few pictures to look at.

Well I am now leaving the conference and heading home.  I have a few additional pictures that I posted today and I will have a few additional pictures to post tomorrow, since I will be flying most for most of the rest of today. I had a great time in Florida and enjoyed viewing all the different wildlife.

Love these bird photos, especially since we share many of my favorite birds in common (pretty amazing considering we're over 2,000miles apart.

Maw'r bird photos!

Hello,

Thank you for looking at my pictures. I am glad you enjoy them. :)

I am sorry I did not respond immediately.

Birds can move around a lot and there are the same type of birds in different parts of the world (with different markings). That is one thing I like about birds, plus there are so many types and I will never see them all.

thank you so much for the fave:)
thanks for watching me!
You are welcome.

Thank you for watching me as well. :)
